After a much heated debate, our report on the cheaper iPhone’s name was true. Also, Apple launched the phone.
The phone features a 4.7” 720p display in an iPhone 8 body. Featuring the blazing fast A13 Bionic, and 64/128/256 GB of internal storage. Unfortunately it uses the single lens setup from the now two-year old iPhone XR, unlike the iPhone 11 lens indicated by leaks. Portrait mode is available with software.
Surprisingly the phone also features wireless charging and IP67 water and dust resistance. The phone costs $399 for the base version, and a potential larger model may come down the line.
The phone is available in White, Black and Red finished. And it’s gonna sell like hotcakes. Pre-orders start Friday.
